There are 2 presets, Default and Hard. What to expect: bandit parties will seek other nearby bandits and form Bandit Militias. Bandit Militias will spawn in the world. each BM party has an Avoidance score for each lord. Avoidance is gained by lords destroying BM and lost by BM defeating lords. BM exchange Avoidance knowledge with nearby BM.

Yes, you can, through console commands. . Console is built-in the game now, so you won't need the mod for that. Do screenshot your character page and make sure to count everything right when you give yourself attribute points and focus points. I didn't have to use the XP command as my total XP remained the same, so level basically reset itself.
